    When I met Deanna Deckard , I was in complete despair. I have been left a house by my grandparents that died and my credit would not allow me to assume the loan so I had to sell it. We have been living in the house for 1976 to 2025. The house was like a hoarders heaven packed with stuff for the roof was leaking. The pipes were leaking. Everything was broken. There was no way I’d be able to clean everything up and get it ready to move. I had no financial support and was just trying to pay the mortgage plus I needed to move into a place that accommodated my Bed ridden Uncle and my seven-year-old daughter, my two cats and my dog I needed a three bedroom house with plenty of room and I need it a way to do it with my low credit score and I didn’t have that high of income either Deanna found me a place to live that would rent to me with my credit. She got my animals approved. She found me buyers and investors a whole bunch of them within a week of her being my realtor. She had the house sold on top of in a week. She said that I could leave everything in the house and just take what I was bringing with me to the move. She got me to Top dollar for my property. I thought that because it was dilapidated that I wouldn’t get anything, she got me more than all the other realtors quoted me. She even helped me out with a buyer that tried to scam us because she knows all the business laws and wasn’t able to be scammed, she made everything easy. I didn’t have to do any paperwork or worry about anything. All I have to do is sign the notarized documents and the money was in my account with a matter of weeks. I couldn’t believe that in three weeks to a month you could completely Move relocate and be able to do it all she got me funds right away wired to my account so that I could pay for my move and everything was easy. I highly recommend her. She also takes a fair portion. It is not overpriced.She has a wonderful staff that she works with. That is supportive and helpful. She response to messages right away. she’s really good at dealing with high stress situations if anybody can do it she can.
